Alex Tatnell was born in 1982. He studies trumpet with teacher Joaquin Cabrera. Later he attends some advanced courses with teachers Ernesto Chulià, Vicente López, Antonio Cambres and Enric Aubier.
In 2002 he is admitted at Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et Danse de Lyon in the class of teachers Pierre Dutot and André Jung where he finishes his trumpet advanced studies in 2006.
He has been member of different European and world orchestras like Schleswig- Holstein Musik Festival Orchestra or Nationaal Jeugd Orkest of Holland where he has worked with conductors as Kurt Masur, Christoph Eschenbach or Sir Neville Marriner among others.
He Works with important French orchestras like Orchestre de l’Opéra de Lyon or Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse.
He was born in Pedreguer in 1983. She studies guitar at the Conservatoire Tenor Cortis of Denia, with Concha Ballester and obtains a especial award at the end of the degree.
She won the first prize in the tenth edition of the Contest “Concurs de Joves Intèrprets Ruperto Chapí de Villena”as well as the best guitarist of the Valencian Land in the 11th edition of the Contest Francesc Tarrega of Villa Real. She takes part in post-graduated courses with José Tomás, Carles Trepat, Manuel Barrueco, Hopkinson Smith, and Josep Vicent Giner.
Now she continues her education at the Conservatoire “Superior Oscar Espla “of Alicante with professor Ignacio Rodes.
Pablo Marin was born in Denia in 1981. He studies at Denia Conservatoire where he awarded a prize to the most outstanding graduate. In 2005 he obtains a Bachelor of Music with clarinet at Castellon Conservatoire with teacher Carlos Lacruz awarding again a prize to the most outstanding graduate. In 2006 he obtains the degree in viola.
He has attended advanced courses with Karl Leister, Antonhy Pay, Jose Luis Estellés, Yehuda Gilad, Venancio Rius, Reinhard Weiser, David Campbell and Joan Enric Lluna.
He has won the music Contest Ibercaja of Castellon in 2004. Nowadays he is clarinet teacher at the School of Music Manuel Lattur of Denia.
Minerva Moliner studies singing lessons with Ana Luisa Chova at Valencia Conservatoire where he finishes her studies with the best marks. She has played various performances in national and in international theatres under the direction of conductors as Kent Nagano, Adrian Leaper, Poul Magi, and Manel Valdivieso among others.
He has played works as Hoffmann’s Tale, Suor Angelica, The Four Note Opera, Romeo et Juliet, Rigoletto, Requiem of W.A. Mozart, Stabat Mater of G. Rossini, etc.
She has awarded the first and second prize in the 4th Festival of Callosa d’En Sarriá, 1st Prize in the 1st Singing Contest Manuel Ausensi, and 1st Prize in the 7th International Contest Jaume Aragall 2004.
Susana Garcia was born in Villavicionsa (Asturias). She studied organ with teachers Antonio Corveiras and Jose Enrique Avarra and she holds a degree in Spanish Philology (University of Oviedo). She has won the following prizes: a prize awarded to the most outstanding graduate in organ (Conservatorio Superior de Música de Sevilla), Premio en el Concurso de Interpretación Musical convocado por la Real Academia de Bellas Artes de Sevilla (1999) and Rosa Sabater (Santiago 2002).
She has attended post-graduated courses of organ under the direction of Montserrat Torrent.
As concert player she frequently takes part in the most prestigious cycles and festivals organised around the Spanish geography and in other European countries.
She is member of the jury of the Contest for organ composition Cristobal Halffter.
Sarah Bishop was born in Stourbridge (England). She studies at the Royal College of Music with Michael Winfield and Sarah Francis. In 1990 she gets a Bachelor of Music and awards the Joyce Boughton Prize for oboe. In the same year she wins the Contest for Concert solo player of the Royal College of Music with the English horn.
She has played and recorded with orchestras like the BBC Philharmonic, The Hague Orchestra, English Sinfonia and the Orchestra of Cadaques among others. From 1991 she is English horn solo player of the Royal Symphonic Orchestra of Seville with which she has played as solo concert player. She also played with different chamber groups especially with the group Ensemble Zelenka.

He is an organ and harpsichord player born in Denia. He studied with teachers Rynko Ottes, Javier Artigues, Josep Mª Mas i Bonet and Michael Radulescu. He finished his studies of high level with the highest marks, among them, a special award at the end of the degree, the academic grade “Magister Artium” of the University of Vienna with the qualification “cum laude“ and the award “Premi al Mèrit Artístic del Ministeri de Ciència i Cultura Austríac”.
He regularly offers concerts in the Iberian Peninsula as well as Europe, both as organ and harpsichord player with programmes of renaissance, baroque, romantic, chamber and contemporary music (playing for the first time works of Amando Blanquer, Gordon Lawson and Josef Lammerz). As visitor teacher he teaches seminars and courses of interpretation. He is professor of the Conservatoire “Superior de Musica de Alicante”.
EVA STEGEMAN, Violin (1971), studied with Davina van Wely in Amsterdam and with David Takeno at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, where she was awarded the ‘M. Warsaw Chamber Music Award’. She has taken part in international seminars with great pedagogues such as György Sebök, Viktor Liberman, Herman Krebbers, Boris Belkin and Lorrand Fenyves at Prussia Cove in the UK. Second prize winner at the final of the National Oskar Back violin competition 1995, she regularly appears as a soloist throughout Holland as well as in Germany, Austria, France, Norway, England and Denmark,…
Member of the ‘Cristofori Piano Quartet Amsterdam’ with Paolo Giacometti (piano), Johannes Erkes (viola) and Timora Rosler (cello). In 1998, she took part in a performance at the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, with Isaac Stern. She has been invited to perform at numerous international chamber music festivals such as in Austria (Salzburg and Vienna), Italy (Spoleto), USA (Carmel), Germany (Harzburg, Rellingen and Aschau in Chiemgau), Finland (Rauma) and Switzerland (Sierre and Ernen). Eva is the founder and artistic director of the ‘Chamber Music Festival Haaglanden’.
Member of ‘Combattimento Consort Amsterdam’, with CD-recordings for the label Bona Nova, for several years she was the concertmaster of the National Youth Orchestra of Holland.
From 1998 – 2002 she was the Principal 2nd Violin of the ‘Amsterdam Sinfonietta’ chamber orchestra with whom she has also appeared as a soloist.
Eva plays a G.B. Rogeri violin from around 1680.
Jose Luis Echechipia was born in Pamplona in 1966. He is an organist and pianist with a wide experience as organ concert player, aspect with which has played different concerts throughout many festivals in and out Spain. She is in the teaching profession for many years, first as piano and harmony teacher, and then as organ teacher. As organ teacher he presently develops his works at the Conservatoire Pablo Sensate. One of his main concerns in the musical field is the diffusion of all related to organ: history, music, construction and restoration of instruments. This leads him to different activities such as conferences, concerts, recordings, technical advices for restoration and construction of instruments and even the composition of works for organ with diverse objects.
In his musical production there are choral works, music for organ and works for piano.
The choir Coro Cabanilles de Algemesí is a formation of mixed voices with 80 members, with ages ranging from 16 to 45 years. Their activities consist of participating in very important liturgical solemnizations at the Basilica de San Jaime in Algemesí and of following a very intense concert schedule, both throughout Spain and Europe.
They have participated in various choral meetings and contests, among which those held at Loreto (Italy), Llangollen (Wales), First Prize at the VII International Contest “Villa de Avilés” in 1990 and others stand out.
Among the whole repertoire of the Coro Cabanilles a prominent place is taken by the revival of the “Danzas al Santísimo Corpus Cristi” in 1979 by the Valencian composer Joan Bautista Comes, which had not been performed in its entirety for approximately three hundred years, and by work focussing on the interpretation of the vocal heritage left by the composer Cabanilles as well as on the Valencian polyphony.
They have made two sound recordings:
“Cuatro Villancicos del Padre Soler” in the year 1986, and
“Obra vocal de Cabanilles” in 1990.
The choir Coro Cabanilles was founded and is currently conducted by Diego Ramón Lluch.
Diego Ramón Lluch was born in Picassent (Valencia) in 1948. He studied harmony, the piano and organ at the Higher Conservatoire of Music in Valencia.
He obtained an arts degree from the Pontifical University of Salamanca.
In 1971 he founded the Schola Cantorum de Algemesí.
During five years he followed courses on the teaching of music and choir conducting in Kecskemét, Hungary, under the guidance of professors Péter Erdei, Ildikó Herboi and Helga Szabo.
He teaches choir conducting at the international courses orgnanized by the choral society Orfeó Lleidatà.
Since 1988 he has been a teacher who collaborates on the program “Música a l´escola”, (music at schools) organized by the Valencian ministry of education and science.
He has been an organist and chapelmaster of the Basílica de San Jaime de Algemesí since 1971.
Wolfang Schewering finishes his studies of sacred music with an honourable mention. He also continues and improves his studies in the specialities of chamber music, harpsichord, and organ. In 1978 he wins the second prize in the contest Messiaen in Essen. In 1979 he sets an exam in organ and in 1980 he awarded the first prize in the International Contest for young musicians in sacred music in Fürth. From 1982 he is the organist of Xanten cathedral and manager of concerts in cathedrals. He works with the Episcopal course of religious music in Münster (choir conductor, theory and organ classes) and as an expert of organ in the episcopate of Münster. He is worth known for his concerts of organ, chamber music, choir or orchestra as well as a recording of organ in a CD.
Sigrid Schwering attends his first violin class at the age of eight years and after being winner in different contests as a young musician, she is admitted as a young student of teacher Werner Krotzingen at the Folwang School of Theatre, Music and Dance in Essen. She studies some courses of chamber music after the exam of bachelor in Arts. From 1978 until 1979 she was member of the Philharmonic orchestra of Hungary. From 1991 Sigrid Schwering gives lessons at the school of music in Dinslaken and at the school of sacred music from 2000 too. Moreover she works in different groups of chamber music. Apart from teaching she is interested in baroque violin and in giving concerts in a traditional way.
